I'm here to to create a safe space for you to explore deeper versions of yourself through mindfulness, breath work, meditation and movement.
Since 2012 I have been guiding yoga classes in NY and Maui, and integrating my perspective as a Reiki Master, Holistic Health Coach and Light Worker.​​
Yoga has been one of the greatest healing forces on my journey. I have been exposed to many different lineages and teachers through the years. I enjoy the fusion of styles and philosophies within my signature Flow Yoga, and integrate movement based on the synergy of the elements, yogic asana (posture) alignment, the energetic chakra system and cosmic activity.

My method heals
Flow Yoga is a slowed down synergy of playful sequencing, organic movements, hip openers, counterbalancing, root + core engagement, inversions and restoration. The practice is an exploration of the physical, spiritual and mental laws of nature.
There is an emphasis on self-expression, breath work, presence practice, intention setting, and primal movements. Special attention is placed on joint opening, foot/Earth contact, safe alignment of the joints and spine, and muscular engagement.

Private Yoga
Body Mind Soul Wellness offers 1:1, small or large group yoga sessions.
Each session is tailored to your goals. Whether it’s a traditional yoga class or a fusion of yoga and other modalities, sessions are customizable
Private sessions are offered at Body Mind Soul Wellness in Kihei, Maui, outdoors at the beach or park, online through Zoom or a FaceTime platform, at your home, or business location.

My training
I have been practicing yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2012, sharing my passion for mindful movement and holistic wellness. I have been formally trained in Iyengar, Vinyasa, Prenatal, SUP and Karma Kids yoga.
My journey led me to run the Maui Yoga Shala and spearhead its Yoga Teacher Training program since 2020, where I guide aspiring teachers in deepening their practice and honing their teaching skills. With over a decade of experience, I bring a blend of tradition, creativity, and compassionate guidance to every class and mentorship.
