This foundational course is designed for those who desire to curate sound healing sessions. We'll explore the science and energetics behind sound healing — understanding frequencies, musical notes, and how different megahertz affect the mind and body. More than theory, you'll develop real, practical skills: how to play with intention, how to create a safe and therapeutic experience, and how to hold space for the people in your care.
